Beta Tau 75th Anniversary

I have never talked about my affiliation with the first black greek college fraternity in this country, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. This past week I was part of a celebration that brought brothers of Alpha together in a reunion of purpose and mission and in support of the University that has sustained the Beta Tau Chapter for 75 years...Xavier University of Louisiana. Each institution has served to improve the lives of men and women within the African American community...and serve they have. My son carries on the legacy of brotherhood and service as I have from my Father. It is this Lineage that I hope will continue through my son and daughter (a future K, she says) as God wills.
